1Scope of these terms

These terms govern the TRY ALPHA site at tryalpha.io, your account on it, and the services listed in the next section.

Where a service is offered to you with rules of its own, those rules are shown where you use it, and these terms apply alongside them on whatever they do not cover.

2What TRY ALPHA offers

Readings and analyses of the digital and traditional markets and of the event and sports markets: a reading of what is happening, with its figures and sources, whose settings you set yourself, and recommendations built on them whose nature and limits the next section describes.

The library and the glossary: lessons and terms explained in plain language, with a level you measure by a short exam.

The TRY ALPHA conversation: you ask and are answered in the context of the page you are on; its answers are generated automatically.

The forum: topics and replies between members.

Protection and rights: four services that work at your request: where to invest safely, checks on companies and platforms, preparing a complaint file, and finding out your rights.

The account centre: your details, sign-in methods, devices and preferences, identity verification, service credit and its movements, a copy of your data, and a request to close the account.

Services may be added, changed or stopped as the section on changes to the services below states.

3Readings and recommendations: their nature and limits

An TRY ALPHA recommendation is a computed proposal for a specific asset: the entry price, the target or targets and the stop-loss, with a visible validity period, a confidence indicator and the evidence it was built on. It is updated with the market while it stands, and it is withdrawn if a material signal breaks, even with time left on its period.

Recommendations and readings are produced by automated analysis of data received from external sources, according to TRY ALPHA's rules and layers, and some of their text is phrased by automated language processing. The confidence indicator is a qualitative reading, not a guaranteed probability; its thresholds are fixed from real results over time, so it is shown as in progress where it has not been fixed yet.

We guarantee no result: a recommendation can be wrong, the sources' data can be delayed, interrupted or mistaken, and the market can move against every reading. Markets carry the risk of loss, leverage multiplies a loss as it multiplies a gain, and the loss can reach everything you put in.

A recommendation is general: it is computed from market data and from the settings you enter, not from full knowledge of your financial situation. Whether to act, with how much and on which platform is your decision and your responsibility. Anyone who wants an opinion on their own situation should consult a licensed professional in their country.

The answers of the TRY ALPHA conversation are generated automatically from the page context and your question and can be incomplete or wrong; check them before you build on them. Information we show about countries and bodies is shown with its source and date, and where something is not yet documented we say so plainly rather than guess.

4Your account

The account is for one person, and its details are accurate as you entered them. One email address leads to one account whatever the sign-in methods, so do not open more than one account for yourself and do not use another person's account.

Your password is your responsibility; do not share it. If you suspect that someone has reached your account, change it, sign out of all devices from the account centre, and write to us.

Anyone who signs in with an account at an external identity provider remains bound by that provider's terms for the account there, and by these terms for the account here.

Identity verification requires that you are at least eighteen years old and that the documents are your own and genuine. The reviewer decides with a written reason and may ask for more, and some services are not available before verification is complete.

5Service credit

TRY ALPHA credit consists of service units inside your account, spent on operations such as scans; it is not money and cannot be cashed out or transferred outside TRY ALPHA. Its movements are recorded in your account centre.

Where units are returned for an operation that did not complete, they are returned to the same balance under the rule stated where it applies.

6Taking part in the forum

Before your first contribution you choose a display name that members see.

Not allowed: abuse of people, repeated and promotional messages, misleading content, publishing anyone's private data, and going off the section's topic.

Any member may report a contribution, and moderation may hide a contribution that breaks the rules or restrict an account that repeats the breach; every moderation action is recorded with its reason.

What you write in the forum is seen by members; that is the nature of the place.

7Content rights

TRY ALPHA's texts, readings, design, name and logo belong to it. You may read them and use them for yourself; you may not copy them, republish them, use them commercially or present its recommendations to others as a service of your own without written permission.

What you write remains yours. By publishing it on TRY ALPHA you allow us to display it within the platform and keep it there.

8Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into the site, to exceed its limits, or to scrape its content or recommendations automatically; do not impersonate anyone; do not upload documents that are not yours; and do not use the site in a way that breaks the rules in force in your country.

9Changes to the services and restriction of accounts

We may add a service, change it or stop it, and we notify you of anything that affects your account.

We may restrict an account that breaks these terms, harms others, or submits in identity verification what is not its own.

10Limits of liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that the site will work without interruption, that all data from external sources will be accurate or up to date at every moment, or that every recommendation will succeed.

To the extent the applicable rules allow, we do not bear the consequence of a decision you took on the basis of what you read here.

11Changes to these terms

We update this page when the services or the rules change, and we change the last-updated date at the top of it, and we notify you of anything that affects your account.
